Punishment of the crime

1. 2. On January 1, 2013, at around 14:00, the Defendant, who entered a residence, stolen the object before the Victim D’s house, and then intruded the victim’s residence by putting the door password, which was identified by the victim to deliver the household, into the house.

3. The Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Special Robbery, Rape, etc.) with the knowledge that the victim E (or 22 years of age) resides in a married person, prepared implements necessary for committing an offense, such as animal file, injection equipment, mast, electric cable to capture the victim, etc., while delivering to the household, and tried to rape the victim and take away the things;
