A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

On July 26, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for the crime of forging securities, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on July 26, 201, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 24 of the same year.

1. A theft: (a) around May 18, 2013, at the victim D’s house located in Gangnam-gu Seoul building 511, the Defendant: (b) taken away 80,000,000 won in the victim’s wall located in his/her room, using a blure credit card of the victim; (c) one flure credit card of the Japanese UFJ; (d) one f0,000,000 won in the Japanese blure credit card; (d) six million U.S. dollars (Korean 60,000 won); (e) one flurth and half flurd in the victim’s seat; and (e) one Damonmond one in the market price of 80,000,000 won.

2. Fraud and illegal use of credit cards;

A. On May 19, 2013, the Defendant: (a) purchased 1st:30 p.m. F points of the Gabar Co., Ltd., which was operated by the victim’s name in Seoul E on May 19, 2013; and (b) made the payment by citing the Defendant’s credit card in the name of the Defendant, which was stolen by the victim, at the F points of the labar Co., Ltd.; (c) purchased 1st of the lab in the name of the victim; and (d) obtained 1st of the 165,000 p.

6. From the end of 20.20 to the end of 78 times as shown in the annexed Table 1 list of crimes, each of the above means received property equivalent to a sum of KRW 2,986,960 from each of the victims' names and acquired it by deceit, and used stolen credit cards.

B. On June 1, 2013, the Defendant received food, such as a daily conference, etc. equivalent to KRW 15,119 of the United Nations (Korean 150,000) from the victim in the H market located in Songpa-gu, Songpa-gu, Seoul, by presenting the credit card of Japanese UFJ in the name of the stolen D to the amount of the Defendant, thereby making the victim settle.
