A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Around 17:40 on July 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) contacted D nearby the wife population C; (b) called “E” smartphone-type display rate; and (c) provided F (15) and G (14) with a view to having sexual intercourse with F and G (14) with a view to reducing money; and (d) granted F and G cash amounting to KRW 200,000.
Accordingly, the defendant recommended the sale of child and juvenile sex.
2. At around 18:30 on July 14, 2016, the Defendant received money from the Defendant, as described in the foregoing paragraph (1), from the F and the Victim G (M, 14 years old) who promised to sell and sell sex to the Defendant, and then received money from the Defendant without having a sexual intercourse.
Around 18:40 on July 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) parked a rocketing car operated by the Defendant; (b) cut off his cell phone from the victim, who was walking along the nearest border, and (c) made the victim get off his cell phone; and (d) let the victim get on the seat of the said car and get the victim to get out of the said car in accordance with the operation of the said car; and (c) started driving the said car.
Although the victim demanded several times to get off, the Defendant continued to stop the said car without stopping it, demanded F to keep contact with the victim, demanded F to take off the victim's head and take off the victim's head, and subsequently, the victim's head head was frightened by hand, and the victim could not get out from the car to the near M in the wife population at the permissible time using the said car.
Accordingly, the defendant detained the victim, thereby committing harsh acts.
3. On July 14, 2016, the Defendant violated the Act on the Protection of Children and Juveniles against Sexual Abuse (Indecent Act by compulsion) the victim G (influence, age 14) on board the instant car’s top-down on an O bridge located in the N of the wife population N at Chicago-si around July 19, 2016.
