Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who drives a pair of motor vehicles.

On February 1, 2018, the Defendant driven approximately 1 km to the front road of the 103-dong apartment complex located in the name of Busan Dong-gu, Busan, without a driver's license of the vehicle around 11:00, on the road near the Busan Educational University (U.S. Sodong-dong, Busan).
