Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

1. Violence;

A. On September 26, 2018, the Defendant assaulted the victim B, who was waiting for a taxi, by asserting that the victim B (54 years of age) driven by the E-si in Busan Dong-gu, would have driven his/her own seat while waiting for a taxi, and assaulted the victim B by getting the part of the lower part of the driver’s seat, which he/she was seated by his/her hand.

B. The Defendant, at the date, time, and at a place, No. 1. The Defendant assaulted the Victim G, at a time and place under Article 1.1(a), that the victim G (the age of 27) who was seated in the back seat of the driver’s seat of the said taxi was transferred to the lower seat of the Defendant to the lower seat of the Defendant, and that he was seated with the victim “picker” in order to speak the Defendant’s assault against the said F, and that he was able to take the victim’s arms by hand from the taxi.
