Defendant

A Imprisonment with prison labor for one year, and for six months, each of the defendants B.

However, the two years each from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who is serving as a general director of H Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “H”), and is a person with the authority to determine the employment of a new driver upon delegation of duties concerning employment of a new engineer from the representative director of H.

(a) On March 2016, the Defendant: (a) had been employed as a driver of an urban bus from B, who was parked in the H tea located in the Busan metropolitan transportation Daegu J on March 2016; and (b) had been employed as a driver of an urban bus from B, who was an employee of the Busan metropolitan bus, who was an employee of the K of the Busan metropolitan bus trade union, as a driver of an urban bus from B, who

I was granted KRW 13 million in cash with a solicitation to have I employed as H-regular drivers.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property in exchange for illegal solicitation in relation to his duties.

B. On July 2016, the Defendant, who was in breach of trust in relation to L employment, was employed as a driver of an urban bus from the above B to the vehicle located in H tea located in the Busan Sea Daegu Jgu in Busan.

L was granted KRW 13 million in cash, along with a solicitation to request L to be employed as a full-time driver.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property in exchange for illegal solicitation in relation to his duties.

M Employment-related breach of trust by the Defendant was employed from the above B to the driver of the city bus at a location not exceeding Busan around June 2016.

M in return for the request to be employed as H full-time driver, and accepted this request, and then, on June 28, 2016, the defendant was transferred KRW 13 million to the Busan Bank account of the defendant from N, the mother-child of M around M, the mother-child of M, to the Busan Bank account.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired property in exchange for illegal solicitation in relation to his duties.

2. Defendant B is a driver of H urban bus who works as a staff member of the Busan District Bus Workers’ Union, and H is actively employing city bus drivers recommended by the labor union in order to build a smooth relationship with the labor in order to establish a smooth relationship with the labor, and the Defendant exercises his influence over the employment of new drivers.
