Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who has been married with C on June 26, 2003.

At the end of July 2009, the Defendant, as well as B and once sexual intercourse in a room where it is impossible to know the family room of the Busan Jin-gu D hotel, Busan, and as well as B and 15 times in total from around that time to March 20, 2012, respectively.

2. Defendant B was aware that he was a spouse of A, and even at the same time and place as the above, the Defendant had sexual intercourses with A about 15 times, respectively.
