Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 300,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:50 on March 11, 2013, the Defendant applied for individual rehabilitation without paying KRW 46 million borrowed from the Defendant in front of the Gwangju District Court 303, Gwangju District Court Decision 2003, the Defendant left 1-2 times from the wall of the victim at the seat of the D Elementary School located in the latter part of the court at around 16:20 on the same day, on the ground that the victim C applied for individual rehabilitation without paying a full amount of KRW 46 million. In addition, the Defendant left 1-2 times from the victim’s scamscam, and scamscams in the wall of the D Elementary School located in the latter part of the court at around 16:20 on the same day.
