Punishment of the crime

On May 15, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for habitual larceny at the Seoul Central District Court on May 15, 2015, and on May 22, 2015, the period of parole passed on September 25, 2015 when the sentence was executed in a medical institution with a governmental prison.

around 13:00 on September 7, 2017, the Defendant cut off the victim E, who was under construction work in Songpa-gu Seoul, by using the gap in the victim E, the total market value of which is equivalent to KRW 830,000,00,000, and two charging machines, which are owned by the victim at the workplace.

around 10:00 on March 23, 2017, the Defendant: (a) stolen the victim G, who was working on the first floor of the Songpa-gu Seoul FF building, with one set of 380,000 won prior to the market price owned by the victim, which was located on the floor, using the gaps in which surveillance by the victim G, who was working on the first floor of the Songpa-gu Seoul FF building, was neglected.

On June 28, 2017, around 21:45, the Defendant: (a) entered the construction site of Songpa-gu Seoul Songpa-gu Seoul H New H, and intruded into the two floors at the construction site; (b) laid down the two floors; and (c) laid down one electric saw to cut the victim’s first market value of KRW 300,000,000; and (d) cut off the bicycle.

2. Larceny;

A. On October 18, 2017, at around 13:00 on October 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by putting 1 SamsungD TV, the market price of which is equivalent to KRW 900,000,000, the victim ELT Information System, on the second floor of Korea’s Financial Art Hall located in the Olympic Park, Songpa-gu Seoul Olympic Games.

B. On October 20, 2017, around 14:00 on October 20, 2017, the Defendant: (a) cut off 12,00 won of the market price of the victim J at the Han Frana Park in the Olympic Park of 88 Yamamaa; and (b) cut off the Defendant’s past 3 boxes.
