A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for a year of ten months and a fine of forty million won.

The defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

around February 2013, the Defendant graduated from the “C Research Institute,” which is a member of the general assembly of B religious organizations, and around April 2016, the Defendant moved to a “D religious organization,” and then, from February 2017 to the “FJE,” who works as a member of the “FJE,” which is located in Busan Metropolitan City E.

1. No person, other than a medical person, who violates the Act on Special Measures for the Control of Public Health Crimes, shall perform any medical practice, and shall perform any medical practice for profit in violation of such provision;

Nevertheless, on April 11, 2017, the Defendant: (a) kept two beds for patients at the top of the above church; and (b) compressed up the air into approximately four parts of the part, such as the clothes and the body upon request from G which found the place; and (c) received a total of KRW 50,000,000 from around February 201 to February 201, the Defendant received delivery of KRW 4 million for a total of KRW 500,000 from seven patients who found the place, such as the list of crimes, from around that time to around February 2018.

Accordingly, the defendant was not a herb doctor for profit-making purposes, but a single medical practice business.

2. The Defendant injured by occupational negligence is a person engaged in blood transfusion and skin management, etc. against the needy customers who had kept a beds in the above church hall as described in paragraph (1).

Around April 2017, the Defendant received a request from the victim G (n, 36 years of age) to treat the skin disease from the above church, and had the victim use the part of the victim's clothes, part of the face and the part of the side for treatment.

During the process, repeated blood transfusions may stimulate the skin excessively in the process, cause unnecessary swimming and expansion of blood transfusions, and cause damage to the skin by invasion, so in such a case, it shall be blood and sediment.
