Punishment of the crime
around December 13, 2018, the Defendant “2019 Man-Ma306” posted a letter “I will sell Aphone 7 mobile phones” on the bulletin board by accessing the Defendant’s gallonization with the Defendant’s gallongthm in Incheon City, and will send the article if I would deposit KRW 350,000 to the victim who received contact from the Victim P(Korean nationality: Pakistan).
The Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant did not have a opphone 7 mobile phone that was sold to the victim.” However, the Defendant did not have any intent or ability to send money even after receiving money from the victim. Nevertheless, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim as above, received KRW 2,50,00 from the victim via Q Bank Account (R) in the name of the Defendant, and by deceiving the victims by the aforementioned method as shown in the annexed crime list 1 from March 26, 2019, and received KRW 9,540,000 from the victims totaling 48 times from the victims.” The Defendant, around March 7, 2019, at around 08:30 on March 7, 2019, sent KRW 7,000,000 from the victims by accessing the “O” website by accessing the victim’s computer within the Daejeon Seo-gu Scomcom.
A notice to the effect that “the above goods will be sent if paid KRW 200,000” was written, and the victim G, who reported and contacted, made a false statement to the effect that “the above goods will be sent.”
However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to trade goods because he did not have the above goods.
As above, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received a total of KRW 200,000 from the victim to the UV account in the name of the Defendant and received KRW 510,000 in total three times from that time to March 18, 2019, as shown in attached Table 2.
