Punishment of the crime

The phrase “2016 Highest 970” C (transfer to the general military court on August 4, 2016) heard that there is a way to seek money through a vehicle loan as there is no particular income or property due to the absence of any other income or property, and was introduced from the above D to the Defendant and Co-Defendant E (E) before separation through the Defendant (hereinafter “E”).

On November 5, 2013, the Defendant, E, and C shall obtain a loan from the Defendant Hyundai Capital Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “victim Co., Ltd.”) to purchase the vehicle in the name of C and to dispose of the vehicle as an exclusive lane and to have the profit divided. On the same day, the Defendant, E, and C received a loan from the Defendant, E, and C, and at the Libere Lease Office located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seoul, Yangcheon-ro 53-ro 30,00,000,000 won, regardless of the intent or ability to repay the loan even if the loan was granted, the Defendant, E, and C received a false loan from the Defendant, who is in charge of the victim’s loan, at the interest rate of 20.7% per annum, from November 5, 2013 to November 15, 2016, and received the amount equivalent to 100,000 won and 2.465,264 won per month from the Defendant’s lender.

Accordingly, the defendant acquired money owned by the victim company in collusion with E and C.
