Punishment of the crime

On May 23, 2017, the Defendant posted a false statement to the P Public Notice Center located in Seocheon-siO to the effect that he/she will first send gift certificates to the victim M who reported and contacted the notice to the effect that he/she will first send money to the victim M. who sent money.

However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party, he did not intend to send merchandise coupons.

As such, the Defendant, by deceiving the victim, received KRW 400,00 from the damage victim to the SC Japanese bank account under the name of the Defendant on the same day, and then, from around that time to June 5, 2017, acquired the total amount of KRW 17,760,00 from 18 victims through the same method, such as the list of crimes in attached Form 18.
