The defendant shall be exempted from punishment.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal records] On October 30, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to two years and eight months of imprisonment due to a violation of the Narcotics Control Act (competence), and the above judgment became final and conclusive on November 7, 2015.

[2] Where anyone acquires a registered motor vehicle, he/she shall apply for the registration of transfer of the ownership of the motor vehicle to the Mayor/Do Governor as prescribed by Presidential Decree.

Nevertheless, the Defendant did not make a registration of transfer, even though he received D's franchise from C in the non-permanent area of the date of 2014, and the Defendant delivered the said vehicle to F in front of the Busan Jin-gu Etel on June 7, 2014 and offered it as security.
