Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, “2015 Highly 2024,” is a person who runs the clothing wholesale business in the trade name of “D” in Seoul Jung-gu, Seoul.
1. Defamation;
A. On July 24, 2014, at around 13:00, the victim E sent a text message to 347 owners of the entire C commercial building in the name of the Prop Council, despite that the victim E does not have any organized violence tin.
