A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime
"2019 Highest 590"
1. On January 19, 2019, at around 15:19, the Defendant: (a) intruded, before the door-to-door storage room located in Hasan-si, Hasan-si, into the front of the door-to-door storage room, in order to steals the goods; (b) stolen the goods with one door-to-door storage room owned by the victim I, consisting of the devices stored in the place, from that time to March 16, 2019, the Defendant invaded into the door-to-door storage room more than four times in total, as shown in the attached crime list 1, and stolen the goods, which consist of the goods worth a total of 761,800 won in total, into the door-to-door storage room; and (c) stolen the goods.
2. On February 13, 2019, around 18:20 on February 13, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intruded, into the J apartment K-Ldong guards room in order to steals goods; and (b) stolen goods by having a string house on the market value, which is kept in custody at that place, with one string house on the part of the victim M, holding one string house which is located at that place; and (c) stolen goods by intrusion into the structure at night.
3. Around 16:00 on March 8, 2019, the Defendant: (a) intruded the victim’s apartment unit four times in total with four times until March 16, 2019; (b) stolen goods from the apartment door in front of the Gasan-si, Gasan-si; and (c) cut the elevator from the top floor to the top floor; and (d) cut off the stairs up to the top floor; and (c) stolen the victim’s house with one door-to-door box in excess of 70,000 won at the market price, which was placed in front of the above apartment unit; and (d) stolen the victim’s house with four times in total, as indicated in Table 2 of the Crimes List No. 199, Mar. 16, 2019; and (d) stolen the victims’ house-to-door 40,000 won in total with the market price of KRW 44,00,00.
