1. The reasoning of the court’s explanation concerning this case is as stated in the reasoning of the judgment of the court of first instance, except for modification as follows. Thus, this is acceptable as it is in accordance with the main sentence of Article 420 of the Civil Procedure Act.

2. Parts to be corrected;

(a) revise “Evidence A 4 through 7” in Part 19 of Part 4 of the judgment of the first instance court with “Evidence A 4 through 9”;

(b) revise “the spring reasonable” in the sixth part of the sixth part of the judgment of the court of first instance to “the spring shall be reasonable, and the entries in the first to fourth evidence alone shall be insufficient to reverse it;”

3. In conclusion, the plaintiff's claim of this case is justified, and the judgment of the court of first instance is just, and the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
