A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 2013, the Defendant: (a) asked the victim C (the 47-year-old age), who was a woman of her mother, who had been found as a customer at the main place where the Defendant had been working, to provide monetary assistance to the victim; (b) was refused, and (c) was willing to bring about a threat to the victim by threateninging the victim.

(중략) 사람이 돌면 어디까지 가는지 보여드릴테니”라는 내용의 카카오톡 문자메시지를 전송하고, 2014. 8. 14. 17:33경 위 피고인의 집에서 피해자에게 “잘 생각해보시구 난 똥밭 구를 각오가되어있으니까 같이구 르고 싶으시면 하고 싶은대로 하세요 (중략) 단 3천이 필요할 뿐 이게 모든걸 걍 덮는 방법인 거 같은데 난 지금 당신하구 좋은 마음으로 합의 보자는게 아니니까 깊게 잘 생각해보시구 하고 싶은대로 하세요”라는 내용의 카카오톡 문자메시지를 전송하였다.

On August 25, 2014, at around 07:17, the Defendant continued to transmit the victim’s apartment text messages to the victim on August 25, 2014, along with the following contents: “I ambling from the ambathy to the beginning of the ambath, so far as the Defendant had been faced with the same face, so far, how the ambathy ambathy would come so far.” On September 17, 2014, the Defendant sent the victim’s apartment image pictures to the victim on August 26, 2014, and on August 11:54, 2014, the Defendant sent the victim a Kakao Stockholm text messages with the content that “I ambathy from the ambathy to the beginning of the ambathy. I ambathy to the ambathy. I ambathy to the victim.”
