1. The defendant shall pay to the plaintiff KRW 45,50,166 as well as KRW 44,984,051 among them, from December 4, 2019 to the day of full payment.

B. The Defendant received the instant payment order and raised an objection, but the written objection only stated that it is dissatisfied with the payment order, but does not clearly state the fact that the Plaintiff asserted as the cause of the claim.

In addition, the defendant did not appear on the date of pleading even after being notified of the date not by service by public notice, and did not submit a written reply or a preparatory document stating that the plaintiff's assertion is clearly disputed.

Therefore, it is deemed that the plaintiff made a confession.
