The gist of the plaintiffs' assertion is that the defendant had the plaintiffs cooperate with the related defendant, such as the removal from office against F, and that caused the plaintiffs to incur property and mental damage caused by the relevant civil and criminal cases in the course of their cooperation is a tort against the plaintiffs. Thus, the defendant is liable for compensating the damages suffered by the plaintiffs. The details are identical to the scope of the plaintiffs' claims among the grounds of the annexed claim.

2. All the evidence submitted by the Plaintiffs alone that the Defendant committed an illegal act against the Plaintiffs regarding F’ dismissal and expulsion from office.

It is not sufficient to recognize that the plaintiffs suffered losses as alleged by them, and there is no other evidence to acknowledge them.

Therefore, all of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed as it is without merit, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
