1. The plaintiff's primary and conjunctive claims are dismissed, respectively.

Reasons

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On April 28, 2004, F, the father of the Plaintiff, determined the lease deposit amount of KRW 78,761,00, monthly rent of KRW 787,000 (hereinafter “instant lease contract”) from the Defendant as the five-story E stores located in Yongsan-gu Seoul and D, and KRW 79,47.94 square meters (hereinafter “instant store”). From October 7, 2004, the Plaintiff leased the instant store located in the instant store for fifteen (15) years from the lease lease date.

B. On April 7, 2006, F subleased the instant store to G. On August 21, 2014, the Plaintiff transferred the right of lease to the Plaintiff.
