1. The plaintiff's claim is dismissed.

1. Basic facts

A. A. 1) The Compact Co., Ltd. was established on July 11, 1996, and operated telecommunications business. 2) The Plaintiff entered the Compact Co., Ltd. on May 1, 2000, and served in B in the e-bbz business division, and retired on May 2008.
