1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,500,000;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a person who is engaged in the duty to drive Csch Rexroths.

On January 6, 2015, the Defendant driven the above motor vehicle at around 10:40, and moved the front way of the agricultural and fishery joint markets located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju along the one-lanes of the three-lanes from PaamamIC to the one-lanes of the three-lanes of the two-lanes.

In such cases, there was a duty of care to safely drive a motor vehicle after checking whether a person engaged in driving a motor vehicle is driving a motor vehicle in the lane that intends to change the front side and the left side.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected to stop the part of the damaged vehicle, which was proceeding along the two-lanes due to the occupational negligence of changing the two-lane as it is, and instead, destroyed the damaged vehicle as part of the upper right part of the Defendant’s vehicle, thereby damaging the damaged vehicle to be in excess of KRW 630,034, and escape without taking necessary measures.

2. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act is holding Cone Star Co., Ltd.

No motor vehicle which is not covered by mandatory insurance shall be operated on a road.

Nevertheless, at around 10:40 on January 6, 2015, the Defendant operated the said automobile not covered by mandatory insurance in front of the agricultural and fishery joint marketing center located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju.
