1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 284,450,870 and KRW 284,216,927 among the Defendants, from June 18, 2018 to July 18, 2018.

According to each description of Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 11, each description of the cause of the claim is recognized.

Therefore, Defendants are jointly and severally obligated to pay to the Plaintiff KRW 284,450,870 (i.e., KRW 112,260,763, KRW 171,956,164, KRW 233,530, and KRW 284,216,927, as to the amount of subrogated payment of KRW 284,216,927 from June 18, 2018 to July 28, 2018, the final delivery date of the original copy of the instant payment order, and damages for delay calculated at 15% per annum under the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings from the following day to the date of full payment.

If so, the plaintiff's claim is justified.
