When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On April 21, 2017, at around 22:32, the Defendant driven a car with C low alcohol content of about 0.064% in the 30-meter section from the 300-meter section of alcohol to the front road of the son Kim Kim Kim-dong located in the Dong-dong of Gangseo-gu, Seocheon-gu, Daegu.
