1. All of the plaintiffs' claims are dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit are assessed against the plaintiffs.

1. Basic facts

A. On August 10, 200, Plaintiff A completed the registration of transfer of ownership with respect to 1,931 square meters in the field of 1,931 square meters in Yancheon-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

B. On November 14, 2014, Plaintiff B completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to one-half share of 1/2,000 square meters out of 2,09 square meters G field 2,09 square meters. On February 23, 2016, Plaintiff B was divided into H field 1,229 square meters from the said land.

(2) On March 31, 2016, Plaintiff B completed the registration of initial ownership on each of the above lands owned by the Plaintiffs (hereinafter referred to as “each of the instant lands,” and the individual lands are specified only by lot numbers. Plaintiff B completed the registration of initial ownership on the 117.85 square meters of each of the instant lands.

C. Plaintiff C is on July 4, 2017.

d. A resident who has been in a single house as described in the subsection.

On September 5, 2007, the Defendant completed the registration of ownership transfer with respect to the area of 1,847 square meters prior to the YY-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do. The land was divided into the area of 857 square meters prior to I on April 23, 2014, and the land category was changed to the land category of 90 square meters prior to E in Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do.

The current status of each of the instant lands and the surrounding land is as follows. Among the forests, there are 7,775 square meters of J-gun, Chungcheongnam-gun, Chungcheongnam-do (hereinafter “the ditch of this case”) between each of the instant lands and the instant surrounding land, and the public road is established adjacent to K, L and M land.

F. With respect to the portion adjacent to G among the instant ditches on August 11, 2016, Plaintiff B obtained permission for the use of the said portion of 149 square meters from the access road to a detached house, the period of use from August 11, 2016 to December 31, 2025, for the use of the said portion, other than the agricultural infrastructure for the use of the said portion. On January 29, 2018, Plaintiff B obtained permission for the use of the portion adjacent to N in the instant ditches for the use of the said portion of 50 square meters for the use of the said portion, the access road to a detached house, and the period of use from January 1, 2018 to December 31, 2027.

On the other hand, the plaintiff B was laid off without permission for the part adjacent to H land among the ditches of this case.
