A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On July 26, 2018, around 19:29, the Defendant, using a cell phone, posted a statement to “B” Kakakao Stockholm Group (947 participants) and “C” Kakao Kakao Stockholm Group (398 participants) in sequence, and “ Many minutes of the day are added to D with the trend of D. 3. The Defendant who violated the Act on Promotion, etc. of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Defamation) and damaged the reputation of publications is one publisher and reporter in Ansan-si H in Ansan-si.
On October 17, 2018, the Defendant is as shown in attached Table 1 at the above I Office.
