A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and two months.

Punishment of the crime

[Presumption of Facts] The defendant is residing in Korea from 2012 as a Chinese citizen.

피고인은 2016. 10. 경 중국인을 대상으로 한 구인 구직 사이트인 ‘C ’에 접속하여 성명 불상 자로부터 ‘ 집에 가서 물건을 가져다주는 배달 일을 하면 수수료를 주겠다’ 는 제안을 받고 그 제안에 수락한 후, 성명 불상자와 위 챗 (Wechat) 메신저를 통해 대화를 나누면서 남의 집에 들어가 돈을 가지고 나와 그 돈 중 10% 는 피고인이 수수료 명목으로 취득하고 나머지는 성명 불상 자가 지시하는 방법으로 보이스 피 싱 조직 측에 전달하기로 하였다.

[2] The criminal facts are as follows: (a) Defendant 1: (b) opened a gate using a house key in the body of the victim at around November 28, 2016, and intrudes the gate into it; (c) opened a gate with the victim’s cash 40,151,000 won owned by the victim, which was stored in the freezing room in advance, after the victim’s scam was found to bring money to the victim’s house; and (d) transferred the victim’s address to E, Chungcheongnam-si, the address of the victim was located; and (e) opened the gate at around November 28, 2016, when the victim’s house was located in the scambling room.
