A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a person who is engaged in driving the B-learning passenger car.

On August 10, 2017, the Defendant driven the said car without obtaining a driver's license of the said car at around 04:10, and driven the road of four-lanes in front of the stadium at the seat of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, along the one-lane distance from the gatea Sta Staak Sta Sta Sta Sta Staak.

Ultimately, the Defendant, by occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim, such as an open standing room, etc. in the part of the detailed uncertainty of the mouth, which requires approximately three weeks of medical treatment, and at the same time, escaped without taking measures such as cutting off the said marina car to the extent of scrapping it, and immediately stopping the victim, and providing relief to the victim.
