A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above sentence shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 25, 2017, at around 22:35, the Defendant driven B C 100 Oralba while under the influence of alcohol content of about 4 km from around the station at the entrance of the Dobongcheon-dong Seoul, Seoul Special Metropolitan City to the road in front of the “Sae and Mom Mom Mom Mom Mom.” (1529), both of which are around 1529, south-gu, Seoul Special Metropolitan City, to the road.
