Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A. The Defendant in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Damage Compensation Act is a person driving B rocketing car.

On October 29, 2015, the Defendant, without purchasing a mandatory automobile insurance policy, operated the said car from the Jam-dong Sail-dong Sail-dong Sail-dong Sail-dong at the port around 17:30 on October 29, 2015.

B. On October 29, 2015, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (hereinafter “Road Traffic Act”) was waiting for a signal signal at the south-gu Daek-dong Gyeong-dong Sail-dong, Nam-gu, Gyeong-gu, Gyeong-do.

In such cases, there was a duty of care to check the future safety by checking the right and the right and the right of the driver.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and went back as it is. A) At around that time, the part of the passenger car as set forth in the paragraph (a) conflicts with the part of the victim C driver's vehicle which was stopped after the said passenger car.

Ultimately, the Defendant damaged the 287,273 purged car by occupational negligence as above.
