A A shall be punished by a fine of one million won, and Defendant B shall be punished by a fine of three hundred thousand won.

Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The defendants are married, and the victim C is the chairperson of the senior citizen center, and the defendant B is the former chairperson.
Defendant
Defendant A received the cleaning cost from the center for senior citizens when there is the chairperson of the center for senior citizens. However, the chairperson of the center for senior citizens changed to the victim and did not receive the above cleaning cost, and there was a dispute between the Defendants and the victim.
1. Defendant A
A. On August 3, 2018, at around 06:30 on August 3, 2018, the Defendant discussed complaints against the failure of the Defendant to pay the cost of cleaning the center for senior citizens at the Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, and children’s playground, and the Defendant threatened the victim by stating that “I will tell the width, I will die. I will leave the center for senior citizens.” On the same day, the Defendant threatened the victim, and at around 11:30 on the same day, the victim was only aware of the misunderstanding that “B would have caused the death of the width.” The Defendant threatened the victim by stating that “I will die and die.”
B. On August 4, 2018, at around 18:30 on August 4, 2018, the Defendant: (a) talked with the victim as a matter of the payment of the cost for cleaning the center for older persons at the Gangseo-gu Seoul, Gangnam-gu, and children’s playground; and (b) provided that “packer will die in a knife with a knife and die; and (c) threatened the victim.”
C. At around 13:00 on August 7, 2018, the Defendant threatened the victim by stating that “I will die, knife will die, and knife the knife will do so.”
At around 13:30 on August 21, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was fluencing the victim by chance before Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government I, and (b) was “nicking the victim,” and was “nicking the victim,” so that the fluenc of the victim is flucated twice.
