A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant, who committed the crime against the Victim Bank in Busan, received a new desired weather loan from the best possible method as if the Defendant had worked for the loan brokerage office in C and there were certain benefits income, and divided it with the proposal of the Plaintiff.

On April 18, 201, the Defendant: (a) obtained a false document, such as a withholding tax receipt for wage and salary income, from the employees of the above loan brokerage office, to the effect that “the Defendant is in office from January 11, 2010 to C”; and (b) applied for a loan for a new desired-based loan to the employees in charge of loan for the victim; (c) received a transfer of KRW 5 million from the said employees in charge of loan to the Busan bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day for a new desired-based loan from the said employees in charge of loan; and (d) received a false document, such as a withholding receipt for wage and salary income, from the said employees in charge of loan to the Busan Bank account in the name of the Defendant on the same day; and (e) received a transfer of KRW 1.5 million from the said employees in charge of loan to the Defendant’s Busan Bank account on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant, in collusion with the above B, was delivered a sum of five million won by deceiving the victim Busan Bank.

2. The Defendant, who committed the crime against the Victim NH Bank, received a loan from B and his employees who run the loan brokerage office by means of a method which pretends that the Defendant would give a deposit for lease of a house owned by another and rent it, and divided the loan, and the son received a proposal and accepted it.

On June 20, 201, the Defendant leased KRW 50,000,000 as deposit money from the FF employees of the above loan brokerage office, Kimhae-si G apartment B-402, which was owned by the FF employees of the above loan brokerage office, at the location of the victim NHC Bank D located in the Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si, Kimhae-si.
