Punishment of the crime

1. On December 29, 2014, the Defendant sent the message to the victim D (hereinafter “the age of 19”) using the mobile Kakao Kakao Stockholm, 203 in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, 2015, which read, “The mother may seek 6 smartphones through his/her family members and employees, who work in the Gaphone head office.”

2. Around December 29, 2014, the Defendant sent a message to the victim E using the mobile Kakao Kakao Stockholm of the Gwangju Mine-gu (Seoul) around December 29, 2014, to the effect that “The Defendant, on the part of the victim E, sent a message to the effect that “the Defendant may seek 6 smartphones through his/her family members and employees, who work in the Gaphone head office.”

As above, on January 24, 2015, the Defendant received 350,000 won from the victim’s bank account in the name of the Defendant and acquired it by fraud.
