The grounds of appeal are examined.

According to the records, while appealed from the judgment of the court of first instance, the Defendants asserted mistake of facts and misapprehension of legal principles as well as unfair sentencing as the grounds for appeal, but on the first trial of the court below, withdrawn the allegation of grounds for appeal concerning mistake of facts and misapprehension of legal principles, and left the grounds for appeal only as grounds for appeal

In such a case, the argument that the lower court erred by mistake and misapprehension of legal principles cannot be a legitimate ground for appeal.

Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
