A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On August 26, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years on September 3, 2016 in the Suwon District Court's Ansan Branch for the violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving).

1. On March 14, 2016, the Defendant, in violation of the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act, and violation of the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving, on March 14, 2016, driving the B-wing and III cargo vehicle not covered by mandatory insurance without a vehicle driver’s license from the road located in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Seo-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City to the Do Ilkdong-dong, 1756-8.

2. The Defendant forged a private document, or the uttering of a private document, as if he were C with the date and time set forth in paragraph (1), and as if he had been aware of it at a place set forth in paragraph (1), entered the name column of “C” and “D” in the resident registration number column in order to avoid committing the crime set forth in paragraph (1), and forged the above private document, which is a private document related to a certificate of fact, signed at will on the name side, forged it, and exercised it to F police officers belonging to the Gyeonggi-si Police Station E District of the Gyeonggi-si Police Station, a crackdown police officer, who knows the fact.
