The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below against the defendant in the summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable.

2. The circumstances or circumstances favorable to the defendant are already reflected in the judgment of the court below, such as the fact that the defendant did not have been identical to the judgment, and that the defendant confessions all of the crimes, and is against the defendant, and that some victims do not want the punishment of the defendant by agreement with some victims.

The crime of this case occurred more than 18 times in a relatively short period, and the nature of the crime and the circumstances of the crime are not less and less than the amount of damage, and the defendant's leading role in committing the crime together with the co-defendant B appears to have played the role of the defendant. According to the records, although the defendant was not punished for the same kind of crime as the crime of this case, it is acknowledged that he was subject to suspended indictment for the crime of special larceny around 201, it is difficult to see that the defendant is not likely to repeat the crime of this case because he committed the crime of this case, and it is hard to see that there is no possibility to repeat the crime of this case since the crime of this case was committed, damage was recovered only to part of the victim, and further agreement with the victim was not reached after the sentence of the judgment of the court below. In full view of various sentencing factors indicated in this case such as the defendant's age, character and behavior, occupation and family environment, circumstance and result of the crime of this case, etc.

3. In conclusion, the defendant's appeal is dismissed in accordance with Article 364 (4) of the Criminal Procedure Act since it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
