Punishment of the crime

The Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 2.5 million on September 13, 2006 to a fine of KRW 2.5 million on the grounds of a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Daegu District Court on September 13, 2006. On May 3, 2012, the Defendant had the record of having been issued a summary order of KRW 5 million on the grounds of a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving) by the same court on May 3, 2012.

[Criminal facts]

1. On October 23, 2014, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol by around 23:34, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) and the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving without a license), was driving a vehicle B from a section of about 1km to the front day of the church located in the same Eup/Myeon located in the Sinsan-Eup, Jin-si, Jin-si, in a manner of under the influence of alcohol by 0.156% in alcohol during blood without a driver’s license.

2. The Defendant, as described in the above paragraph 1, forged the above E without authority, and submitted it to the police officer for the purpose of exercising the name and resident registration number of “E”, which was discovered in the drinking control and demanded to present personal information from a slope D from the C Assistant of the Police Station C of the Gyeonggi-do Police Station, and forged the above E without authority, with the intention of using the name of the said “E” in the driver’s column of the report on the detection of drivers at the State and the statement of the circumstances of driving at the State.

1. The Defendant in violation of the Automobile Management Act, even before around 2013, did not apply for the registration of the transfer of ownership of a motor vehicle without justifiable grounds, even though he/she acquired from his/her person in an irregular used motor vehicle market at a time less than 1,50,000 won, registered as the owner of a motor vehicle in an irregular used vehicle market.

2. A summary order of a fine of 2.5 million won is issued by the Daegu District Court on September 13, 2006 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, such as a violation of the Road Traffic Act, a violation of the Road Traffic Act (driving without a license), and a violation of the Guarantee of Compensation for Damages of Motor Vehicles, and a fine of 5 million won is imposed by the same court on May 3, 2012 for a violation of the Road Traffic Act.
