Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On December 10, 2016, the Defendant: (a) destroyed the above goods owned by the victim F, a new church, which is in dispute over the operation of the church, at the E church located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon on December 10, 2016, in a manner that: (b) the victim F, who was the victim of the above church, was installed on the wall of the second floor of the above church, on the wall between stairs of the first and the second floor; (c) three CCTV lines installed on the wall of the second floor following the distribution of the second floor; and (d) one unmanned wire installed on the wall of the wall of the second floor distribution entrance; and (d) arbitrarily removed it, thereby impairing its utility.

On February 18, 2017, the Defendant: (a) around 15:00 on February 18, 2017, at the E church located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon, the Defendant: G, which is a new church in a dispute arising from the operation of the church, has set up three electric wires of the CCTV camera owned in the above church, such as the stairs of the underground, the first floor, the right side, etc.; (b) arbitrarily remove them, thereby impairing their utility; and (c) damage the victim’s goods by removing the DVR owned by the victim, which is installed in the two-story infant room in the same place, and thereby impairing its utility.

On May 4, 2014, the Defendant partially revised the facts charged according to the facts obtained through the examination of evidence without the amendment process, to the extent that he/she does not disadvantage the Defendants’ exercise of their defense rights, on the first floor of the E church 1, the Daejeon Daejeon Daejeon Daejeon District Court Decision 201:20 on May 4, 2014.

On May 18, 2014, the victim G posted a notice equivalent to KRW 1,000 on the bulletin board of the church, and cut electric contact and electric wires at the same place as the repair cost of KRW 1,156,000.

"2017 High 866" Defendant was equipped with a correction device at the E church located in Daejeon-gu, Daejeon on November 27, 2016 between 14:30 to 18:20.

2. An entrance for the payment of pre-storys is opened, and was located on the right-hand side of the second floor.

In order to conceal the CCTV amounting to KRW 1.7 million, two monitors (market price omitted), one set of three boxes (market price omitted) and one set of mix (market price amounting to KRW 50,000).
