A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On May 18, 2014, at around 17:30, the Defendant started the Busan subway Line 1, the Busan subway Station, and discovered the victim B (the age 17) who was seated with a shorter fright in the front-dong car of 1924, which was in operation with the hot spring station, and was in operation with the hot spring station, and opened the victim’s body fasted, and opened the victim’s body fast up to the right seat, and then rhumbs of the victim’s buck back to the victim’s side by hand. On June 8, 2014, around 22:40, the Defendant discovered the victim E (V, 22 years old) who was sitting in the seat near the upper right side of the city bus located in C 413 (D 1002) (hereinafter “D 102”) running from the side of the Busan bus terminal near the monthly shooting distance on the side of the Busan bus: (a) was sitting in the front side of the city bus; and (b) was sitting in the front side of the city bus; and (c) was in possession of the newspaper, the Defendant opened the front side of the victim’s breabbbbbbbbs on the bucks of the victim, putting other passengers and the driver’s view on the front of the buckbs.

Accordingly, the defendant committed each indecent act against victims in buses and subways which are means of public transportation.
