Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 12 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, the amount of KRW 100,000 shall be paid.

Punishment of the crime

On May 18, 2012, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with labor for a violation of the Act on the Punishment, etc. of Acts, such as sexual traffic, at the Incheon District Court's Busan District Court's Branch Branch, and completed the execution of the sentence on November 8, 2012 at the Incheon Detention House.

No person shall gambling using any property or property benefits (a similar act) for a person who has correctly predicted the result of sports promotion by issuing voting rights or a similar things to the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation or a person who is not an entrusted business entity.

On October 2, 2014, the Defendant entered and accessed ADF into the Internet sports soil site (D and Internet address E) via PC at the heading room in the Nam-gu Incheon Metropolitan City Office of Ctel, and deposited the corresponding game money in the name of (H) G (H) designated at the above site and deposited the amount of KRW 9 million in the name of the State designated at the above site, and collected the same amount of KRW 1 million with a maximum of KRW 1 million with respect to the winning of various domestic and overseas sports games through the above site, and received dividends as a result of the betting, and exchanged it in cash. From September 23, 2014 to May 8, 2015, the Defendant deposited the betting amount of KRW 270,620,000 in total over 87 times from September 23, 2014 to May 1, 2015, and deposited the betting amount of KRW 41,510,1500.

As a result, the Defendant dambling by using similar acts while gambling at the same time.
