Punishment of the crime
[criminal history] On June 16, 2016, the Defendant was sentenced to ten months of imprisonment with prison labor for night-time intrusion larceny, theft, etc. at the Seoul Eastern District Court on March 4, 2017, and completed the execution of the sentence in the Ansan Prison.

On July 16, 2017, around 12:40, the Defendant thought that the victim E (V, 29 years old) moving into the subway Station 3 Station in Gangnam-gu Seoul, Seoul, would not drive the Defendant himself, and then, the Defendant threatened the victim with the excessive knife, which is a dangerous object that the Defendant was in possession, of the said victim, to the next knife.
2. On July 16, 2017, around 12:43, the Defendant: (a) thought that the victim F (n, f, 19 years old) moving to the 3rd Station of the said subway Station was not a driver’s license; (b) and (c) threatened the said victim by threateninging the victim, who was a dangerous object used by the said victim in his/her bad hand, with a view to the excessive flow of the chilling lines; and (d) threatening the victim by threatening the victim.

3. On July 3, 2017, around 18:40 on July 3, 2017, the Defendant: (a) was under the influence of the Victim H (37 S) located in Songpa-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (b) was under the influence of alcohol to the players who are under the influence of alcohol without any justifiable reason, and (c) was not under the influence of the victim, but under the influence of the victim.
