Punishment of the crime

On November 27, 2014, the Defendant purchased 67.67kg of the U.S. swine Bags 67.67kg and 358,650 won. Of these, the Defendant prepared 63.67kg as materials from November 27, 2014 to March 2, 2015, sold for one portion KRW 7,000, and falsely indicated the origin of the swine Bag in the origin sign posted within the D restaurant located in the C restaurant located in Gyeyang-si operated by the Defendant.
