A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

The defendant, before committing a crime, was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 700,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act at the Incheon District Court on July 12, 200, KRW 1.5 million, KRW 1.5 million as a fine for the same crime in the same court on May 4, 2004, and KRW 3 million as a fine in the same court on June 19, 2007. On August 7, 2019, the defendant was sentenced to a summary order of KRW 3 million as a fine for the same crime in the same court on the same crime, and has the record of drinking driving two times or more.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who received a victim’s resistance by finding out the victim’s house or communicating over several times after he she sawd with the victim’s school from May 2018 to April 2019.

1. On June 22, 2019, at around 03:16, the Defendant detained the victim by forcing the Defendant to leave the Plaintiff from the said victim’s residence to the street in front of the Yeonsu-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Yeonsu-gu, from around 03:50 on the same day, from around 03:50 on the same day.

3.
