A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 17, 2015, the Defendant lent the note of KRW 313,950,340 (on November 21, 2015, the due date for payment) from the LAF to the LAF to use the said note at discount of KRW 237,175,212 in order to raise the sales commission to be paid in advance in the process of selling the composite E commercial buildings by consignment from the LAB and the LAD (representativeD).
Since then on November 20, 2015, the Defendant could not settle a bill borrowed from G in the J coffee shop located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Daejeon.
The Bank of Korea will change the same amount to G if it is entrusted with the bill of exchange 150 million won of the G issuance as security in the G issuance.

G lending KRW 150,000,000 in original notes, and the remaining KRW 163,950,340,00 in lieu of payment.
