1. The Defendants are jointly and severally and severally liable to the Plaintiff for KRW 449,632,441 and KRW 449,379,694 among the Defendants.
Reasons
1. The description of the grounds for the claim shall be as specified in the attached Form;
2. Article 208 (3) 1 of the Civil Procedure Act of the applicable provisions of the Acts (only for a judgment without a pleadings, but for a delay claim exceeding the above recognized scope shall be dismissed) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, which was amended and promulgated by Presidential Decree No. 26553, Sept. 25, 2015 and enforced October 1, 2015, the statutory interest rate under the main sentence of Article 3 (1) of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Promotion, etc. of Legal Proceedings, Etc., effective from October 1, 201
