Basic Facts

The land 4,896.6 square meters in Gyeyang-gu, Yangyang-gu was owned on the preceding day of the corporation (the registration of ownership transfer on May 17, 1996 and the sale on January 19, 1994), and the current ownership of Mawon Development Co., Ltd. of an agricultural company.

On January 18, 2006, E Co., Ltd., which was a license holder of the passenger vehicle terminal business (hereinafter “instant business”) with respect to Gyeyang-gu C D Terminal (hereinafter “instant terminal”) in Gyeyang-gu, Gyeyang-gu, Seoul (hereinafter “instant terminal”), transferred the instant business and license to F Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “G”) on May 30, 2005, KRW 500 million.
