I Summary of the facts charged

1. Around November 24, 2008, the Defendant acquired the second floor construction cost by fraud from the Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D Apartment Model House E to the victim E, “I will be entrusted with the execution entirely by the front, and I will be 10% of the construction cost to the new party, and I will use the money as construction cost if I will receive KRW 40 million,00,000,000, which is the cost without any profits, from the second floor of the commercial building in Seoul Gangnam-gu (hereinafter “the second floor of the commercial building in this case”).

However, the facts are limited to 30,000,000 won for the above office's interior work cost, and the remainder was thought to be personally used.

The Defendant, by deceiving the victim as such, received from the victim for the purpose of the construction cost on November 24, 2008, KRW 5,000,000, KRW 20,000 on November 26, 2008, KRW 10,000 on December 13, 2008, and KRW 40,000 on December 19, 2008, KRW 30,758,000 on the actual construction cost, and acquired from the victim for the actual use of KRW 9,242,00 on a voluntary basis.

2. Around March 5, 2009, the Defendant, by fraud, of the cost of construction in the loss of music sense in the underground floor, said that the Defendant would receive KRW 80,000,00,00 from the cost, regardless of any profits, and would receive KRW 80,00,00,000, which is the cost of the construction work, from the victim of the interior hall located in the second floor of the instant commercial building, by leasing the office underground floor (hereinafter “the instant underground floor”) to a music sense and operating the interior hall as a member of the members who recruited members.

After that, on April 2009, 'the victim' is continued in the Rotterdam office at the first patrol officer.
