Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was the actual operator of H, Co., Ltd. 1318, Gangnam-gu Seoul building G, and held 51% of the shares of G building I (hereinafter “I”) in the name of Dong J, Inc. 1010, and the victim K owned 49% of the shares as the primary representative director.

On November 8, 2012, the defendant sent a mobile phone text message to the effect that the victim is dismissed by the I representative director.

1. Disturbing the appearing of computers;

A. On November 8, 2012, the Defendant sent a written confirmation that “I largest shareholder J shall dismiss the representative K and request a new account to change the Internet website” to N, a stock company managing the I website without the right to manage the facts at the above H office, and made N in the initialization of the I website, and obstructed the management of the victim’s website by arbitrarily changing the password of the above website manager’s account and blocking access to the above website manager’s account.

B. On November 27, 2012, the Defendant: (a) instructed H employeeO to change the password of 12 managers’ account without the right to manage the domain name held by I at the above H office; (b) orderedO to transmit the I business registration certificate, etc. to the “P” manager of the above domain; and (c) obstructed the management of the above domain name by changing the password of the manager’s account of the domain name and blocking access to the victim’s account.

2. Violation of the Act on Promotion of Utilization of Information and Communications Networks and Protection of Information, etc. (information and communications networks);

A. On November 8, 2012, the Defendant requested N to make an initial website without a right to manage the I website at the above H office, and the password of the said website manager’s account.
