Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 17:10 on March 1, 2017, the Defendant attempted to communicate with the victim in order to recover the land from the victim D (at the age of 61) residing together with C, and made a threat to the victim on the ground that the victim does not come to talk.
